The coffin arrived damaged in one corner, and I didn't notice until I unpacked it a day before the service. The family was rightfully upset, so I had to deduct 50% from the cost of the coffin. All of this could have been avoided with better packaging before shipping. Not to mention, the prices on the website don't match; there should be a note stating that if the delivery is outside your state, there will be additional charges, giving the customer the option to decide.
I took a picture but I don’t think i can attached it to this review it wont let me. Thanks and hopefully for future orders this doesn’t happened again .
