The web site was easy to use but the shipping is a rip off. After selecting casket and shipping then you get a call that there is "additional shipping" you need to pay. In my opinion this is a bait and switch. If you buy a product and pay the advertized shipping and product we now have a contract. I was floored to get a call wanting an additional $600 shipping from Seattle to Portland. I would NEVER purchase from this company again.

We were able to get a beautiful casket shipped overnight for significantly less than the funeral home’s price and received a very nice casket at a very reasonable price. We are grateful for this!
